I painted Ellie when I studied at the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, MA. She used to sing (mostly Tony Bennett songs) in front of City Hall next to a sign that read "76 years old and living my dream." Legs like this at 76! I was afraid to ask her to sit, but she told me her number before I could finish asking.
